About Us
Shivaun O’Flanagan brings a wealth of both life and business experience to all of her work. Her background covers a 20-year career in private industry, from administration, human resource, commercial recruitment to being sales and marketing director of her own international company. Shivaun has proven to be a skilled, resourceful, and creative individual. In addition to her business experience, Shivaun has been working one-to-one with clients for over ten years, in creating personal/business awareness, and enhancing communication skills.
As a qualified, facilitator, trainer, and coach, Shivaun uses her life and business coaching skills, and has developed her own unique approach to training and personal development. Shivaun is an accredited member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Her passion is helping individuals and groups to sharpen their awareness, and then explore and develop solutions to enhance their performance to serve them better.
Working with individuals, be it face-to-face or on the phone is her forte, and while currently based in Ireland, she works with clients in, the USA, both the East and West Coast; South Africa; UK and Ireland. As a member of ICF's Irish Chapter I operate to its code of ethics. I am also a member of ICDN (Irish Coaching Development Network). ICDN is a non profit organisation of like minded coaches working to develop the coaching profession in Ireland.
